Time goes fast. It’s already 2012 year end.

I appreciate for the chance we have and to meet everyone involve.

One thing I want to point out is that we’ve got talented new staff this year. We are still young company, but we will perform more strongly and improve our service and quality in next year.

We can only promise our high standard service and hospitality.

I’ll looking forward to meeting new people and grasping myriad possibilities in year 2013.

神棚にお正月用の飾りつけを終え、仕事を納めました。

今年も沢山の「機会」や「出会い」があった事に感謝を致します。

今年は新しく才能溢れるスタッフも加わり、より一層サービスの質と幅を拡げ取り組んで行きます。

今年出来なかった事を反省、見直しをし、改善をして効率を上げて来年に取り組んで行きます。

来年も一年を通してチャレンジする事、現状に決して満足せずに精進する気持ちを忘れないでいきます。
