I had a chance to take a look at custom TV on the boat for the reference of production boat project.

The bracket has to be stable enough to hold the flat screen TV.

The aluminum plate on back of the TV attached with the wall and wood frame holds the TV’s movement.

It’s the good reference for me to design the custom TV bracket.

ボートの振動に耐えうる強度を兼ね備えたブラケットを制作しなければなりません(市販の物では対応できません)。

TVの背面にアルミプレートを付け、壁に取り付ける。TV自体の揺れを防ぐ為に木のフレームをカバーします。

カスタムブラケットをデザインする上で良い参考になりました。

Our company receives a lot of contacts from outside of Japan.

This Korean fabric manufacture contacted me and talk about the possibilities.

Their strength is that they are familiar with transportation fire resistance and selling internationally.

We are thinking to design original fabric to use THE project. The #1 priority is quality because fabrics is people touch and feel. That feeling is most important than appearance. I have to organize certain amount of quantity to order one, though.

ファブリックはインテリアの重要な要素の一つです。

カスタムのオーダーにも対応可能なので、ファブリックをデザインして使いたいと検討してみます。プライオリティーはクォリティーが一番です。

ただしロット生産なのである程度のヴォリュームが無いと生産できませんね。

This is bespoke cabinet detail for 105ft Mega Yacht.

When you take a close look at corner detail, you will notice that there is no obvious joint on finished surface, because using the solid wood on corner together with plywood.

It’s very detailed and takes time to build it. The top finish is Hi-Gloss finish.

In addition that each corner has small radius for the safety reason.

高級家具と同じ工法で作られたキャビネットのディーテール写真。

コーナー部分には薄くカットした無垢材を使用し、ジョイントは見えない工法になっています。ハイグロス塗装で最終仕上げを施します。

非常に手間をかけ美しいディーテールになっています。

勿論各コーナーは安全面を考慮し小さいRで処理されています。
