新艇の型作成にあたり、リセス部分(舷窓・ドライブユニット・シーチェスト)の打合せをしていたら、ちょうど作業船のフロントシールドガラス取付作業が行われていた。

サッシ構造でした。

新艇の舷窓は接着のペアガラスを想定しています。メインデッキはオールアラウンドガラスで船尾側はフルオープンを考えています。Lower Deckのマスタールームにはボートのキャラクターの一部とも言える舷窓のデザインをあれこれと考案中。

We had the new custom boat construction meeting issue about recess part such as port light, drive unite and sea chest when making mold. The work boat is just installing the front shield glass.

It’s frame with glass.

New boat pair glass will be attached with special glue. It will be all around glass on Main Deck and aft glass will be full open. I’m designing port light shape on Lower Deck. This design is really important, because this will be part of the boat character.
