フランスからモーターヨットの屋外用LEDの紹介があった。

先日お会いし、サンプルを見せてもらった。Richardさんは、地中海でメガヨットのキャプテンをしていただけあり、ボートに詳しいです。

屋外のチークにリセスして取付ける、樹脂の中にLEDが入っています。パテントもとってあるそうです。

LEDですので、プログラミングして色を変える事も可能です。それと共に、ラダーに付ける事によって、夜間の視認性が良くなり危険が少なくなります。

製品について質問をしたので、条件が合えば使ってみたいと思います。

I contacted via e-mail regarding Motor Yacht LED exterior light.

I’ve met French gentleman, Mr. Richard, who used to be a mega yacht captain in Mediterranean, so he is knowledge of boat.

His product is LED inside the resin to use recess of teak rudder step and teak floor inlay. This product already got the patent.

What the good about LED is we can program lighting to change the color. More importantly, it’s very safe there is a light on rudder step at the night.

I asked some question about the product, if it meets with our condition, I’d love to use it.

We think Mega Yacht can be used in many, many situation.

For instance, we are able to held exclusive fashion show on mega yacht. We sail to Tokyo Bay to watch beautiful sunset back ground of tall building and start the fashion show with music. After the show, we serve Michelin 3 star French cuisine with good wine.

People will have very enjoyable time and get the clear image of brand.

カスタム艇プロジェクトの模型用にVolvo IPSのユニットを作ってもらった。

スケールモデルに合わせてみて船底形状などを検証します。

非常に大きいドライブユニットです。男性の身長くらいの長さがあります。

We ask to make Volvo IPS drive unit for custom boat project.

I attached these to scale model and check the bottom shape.

It’s very big unit. The length is about as same as male tall.

クレイを使ってニューデザインのボート模型を作っています。

クレイを盛っていると、ライン形状が分かります。CADでは表現が難しい、直感的な線です。

直ぐに硬くなってしまうので、スピーディーに盛り付けます。

We are building scale boat model using clay on foam.

I could be sensed the complicated lines when I add clay. It’s quite difficult on CAD drawing, but model can express intuitive lines.

海外では金融機関もメガヨットビジネスに関与しています。

プライベートバンクは勿論ですが、特別な顧客のメガヨット購入のアシストをしてくれます。例えば、イギリスの「Barclays」はBarclays Wealthにおいて『Corporate Jets & Superyachts』 というディビジョンがあります。

日本の金融機関も、独自のモデルを構築し、双方のリスクをヘッジしボート購入層のアプローチ、開拓も出来るのでは・・と思うのですが。

In foreign country, some bank is involved with mega yacht business.

Bunk assists to buy or build their special client mega/superyacht and as the private bank. UK’s Barclays’ one of the division called Barclays Wealth has department of Corporate Jets & Superyacht.

I think Japanese bank can modify this model to fit with Japanese custom and hedge the risk.
